Wallskin is an India-based business and primarily processes personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules and regulations made under it, as they come into force. The Act establishes requirements concerning notice, consent, processing, security and rights of individuals.

Where Wallskin's processing of personal data falls within the territorial scope of other privacy laws, we will also comply with applicable requirements of those laws. This may include the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for individuals to whom the GDPR applies. The GDPR requires, among other things, lawful and transparent processing, purpose limitation, data minimisation, storage limitation, accuracy and appropriate security measures.

Wallskin does not store customers' full card details. Payments are processed through applicable payment providers such as Razorpay, UPI or bank-transfer arrangements.

When you upload artwork, photographs, room images, logos or other material, you remain responsible for ensuring that you own the material or have all necessary rights and permissions to provide it to Wallskin.

You grant Wallskin the limited permission necessary to store, process, modify, reproduce and print that material solely for fulfilling your order and providing related services.

Uploaded artwork and photographs will normally be retained for 12 months after completion of the relevant order, after which they may be deleted unless retention is reasonably required for reprints, disputes, legal obligations or other legitimate purposes.

Wallskin may wish to display photographs of completed installations in its portfolio or marketing materials. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain the appropriate permission before using identifiable customer photographs for such purposes.

We may share information with trusted service providers where reasonably necessary to operate Wallskin, including:

• Payment processors such as Razorpay
• Courier and logistics providers such as Delhivery and Blue Dart
• Website, hosting, database, storage and technology providers
• Analytics and advertising technology providers where used
• Communication/service providers
• Professional advisers and service providers
• Government authorities, regulators or law-enforcement bodies where legally required

Such providers may process information on Wallskin's behalf and may be located in India or other countries.

Because Wallskin sells internationally and uses third-party technology and service providers, personal information may be processed or transferred outside India.

Where another country's privacy law applies, Wallskin will seek to implement the safeguards required by that law for applicable international transfers.

For individuals protected by the GDPR, this may include appropriate transfer mechanisms or safeguards required under applicable GDPR provisions. The GDPR specifically requires organisations to provide information about recipients and international transfers where applicable.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Wallskin does not knowingly sell products to or intentionally collect personal information from children under 18 for independent account or purchasing purposes. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 a "child" is any person under the age of 18, and our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or over who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
